My story

Every job I've loved has been about taking care of people.

I studied psychology and philosophy at Marquette and earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I continued in Psy.D. clinical training through 2022, including crisis work in a Chicago Level 1 trauma emergency room.

Along the way I've nannied for dozens of families, poured drinks behind busy Chicago bars, and mentored kids through grief, transitions and growing up. The settings change, but the work stays the same: stay calm, notice what people need, and make them feel safe and welcome.

I'm a native Spanish speaker, trained in responsible alcohol service (BASSET), ServSafe food-handler certified, and happiest when I'm helping a home, a family or a gathering run smoothly.
