This site belongs to Rachael Renteria, who offers childcare, pet care, bartending and event support in Chicago. It's a small personal site, and your privacy matters here.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, email, phone number (if you add one), the kind of help you need, your preferred date and your message.

The site also counts visits (which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from) so I can tell whether it's working. It doesn't use advertising trackers.

How it's used

Your message is emailed to me and saved in a private inbox only I can sign in to. I use it only to reply to you about your request.

Who else sees it

I never sell or share your information. It passes through the services that run this site: the website host, the database that stores messages, and the email service that delivers them to me.

How long it's kept, and your choices

Messages are kept until I no longer need them to stay in touch with you. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask through the contact form or message me on Instagram, and I'll remove it.

Children

This site is meant for parents and adults. Please don't send information through the form if you're under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
