- Can we do a meet-and-greet first?
- Yes, and it's encouraged. Your pet gets to meet Rachael, and you can walk her through the routine.
- Will I get updates?
- Yes. She sends photos and a quick note so you can see how things are going.
- How do keys and access work?
- You choose: a key handoff, a lockbox or a door code. Just explain it when you book.
- What kinds of pets do you care for?
- Dogs and cats most often. Ask about other pets and any special care they need.
- What are your rates?
- It depends on the visits and dates. Send a message and she'll reply with availability and rates.
